The trail...

This 7 km long trail starts at the southern-most end of the town of Cannon Rocks.

The first half of the trail goes through the coastal vegetation. Just before the halfway mark, the trail enters a large dune field. Follow the dunes towards the sea and return to Cannon Rocks along the beach.

At the point where the trail reaches the sea a few hundred years old shipwreck is visible in the sand.
